I gained first-hand experience leading a sales force during the start-up phase of a new business, while at Adways, a global digital advertising and game publisher. After being involved in mobile advertising sales for a couple of years, he was chosen to take part in the launch of Adways’ business in the Philippines. During this two-year period, he has been active in the reconstruction of companies Adways has acquired through M&As, development and sales of advertisement products, and management of local staff.
